Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are granted only if requested within 24 hours of payment.
  • If a service has already been delivered or is in progress, refunds may be partial or denied based on the work completed.
  • Any refunds due will be processed through the original payment method.

  3. Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5-10 business days, subject to financial institution policies.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed.
  • Business registration, tax filing, and financial advisory services that have been processed cannot be refunded.
  • Any services requiring external agency involvement are subject to their individual refund policies.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and suspend future services.
  • Customers must contact our support team to resolve disputes amicably before escalating to financial institutions.
